Digital delivery policy

Every product on WordMakePress is digital content delivered online. We do not sell or ship physical goods. This policy explains when and how you receive your files.

1. Products covered

This policy applies to the downloadable design assets sold on https://wordmakepress.com, including UI kits, components, icons, presentations, website templates, social media templates, branding assets, illustrations, 3D graphics, infographics and motion packs.

Each product page identifies the files included, formats, supported software, approximate download size and license. Products are normally supplied as ZIP archives. Software or services needed to open and edit the files are not included unless the product page expressly says they are.

2. Delivery timing

Delivery is electronic and normally begins immediately after payment succeeds:

1. the payment provider confirms the payment;
2. the order confirmation page displays download buttons; and
3. an order email with download links is sent to the email address entered at checkout.

Payment authentication, fraud screening, a delayed payment method or an incorrect email address can delay delivery. We do not promise delivery before payment is confirmed.

3. Delivery method and access

Download each product from the order confirmation page or from the links in the order email. Email links remain active for 30 days. If you create or use an account, purchased products remain available in the account for re-download while the account and service remain available.

Save a local backup after downloading. You are responsible for having a reliable internet connection, enough storage and compatible software. The product page lists the information needed to check compatibility before buying.

4. No physical shipping or return

Nothing is sent by post or courier, so shipping destinations, shipping rates, delivery tracking and physical return instructions do not apply. A downloadable file cannot be physically returned.

Cancellation, withdrawal and refund rules are set out in our refund and cancellation policy and terms of use. Those rules do not reduce any mandatory consumer rights.

5. If your files do not arrive

First check the spam or junk folder for the email address used at checkout and confirm that the address was entered correctly. If the confirmation page or email does not provide working links, email support@wordmakepress.com with:

• your order number;
• the email address used at checkout;
• the affected product names; and
• a screenshot or error message, if there is one.

We reply within one business day. We may confirm the payment and identity of the buyer before issuing a replacement link. If we cannot provide access or fix the delivery problem, the purchase qualifies for a refund under our refund and cancellation policy.

6. Availability and trade restrictions

We provide downloads only where doing so is lawful. We may refuse or cancel an order when required by sanctions, export-control rules, payment-network requirements or another applicable law. If payment has been taken and we cannot lawfully deliver the product, we refund it to the original payment method.
