Licenses
Every purchase includes the Standard license at no extra cost. It covers one person and unlimited personal and commercial projects, including client work. If several people need the files, or you sell items where the asset is a significant part of the value, ask for a Team or Extended license. All licenses are perpetual and worldwide for the version you bought and its updates, non-exclusive and non-transferable, and they end if the terms are broken.

Examples
Everyday situations, checked against the Standard license that comes with every purchase.
Allowed
- Design a client's website with a UI kit and hand over the finished site
- Build your startup's pitch deck from a presentation template
- Use an icon set throughout your company's web app
- Create social posts and ads for a client from a social media template
- Print business cards and letterheads made with a branding template
- Combine illustrations from several packs in one campaign and recolor them to match your brand
- Use a logo template as the starting point for your own logo
- Use the same asset in as many of your projects as you like
Not allowed
- Reselling, sharing, sublicensing or giving away the files, as they are or modified, for example on stock sites or marketplaces
- Uploading the files anywhere others can download or extract them, such as a public repository
- Letting several people work from one Standard license (a Team license covers that)
- Selling print-on-demand merchandise or templates built on the assets without an Extended license
- Registering an unmodified logo template as a trademark, or claiming exclusive rights in it
- Using the assets in unlawful, defamatory or hateful content
- Using the assets in training datasets offered for resale
Logo templates
Logo templates and marks are sold non-exclusively, so other buyers can use the same template. You can use one as the basis for your logo, but you can't claim exclusive rights in it or register an unmodified template as a trademark. If you plan to register a trademark, use the template only as a starting point and get advice from a trademark professional.
