Terms of use

These terms explain how you can use https://wordmakepress.com (the "site") and what happens when you buy from WordMakePress. By using the site, you agree to them. When you place an order, these terms, our license terms, digital delivery policy and refund and cancellation policy form the agreement between you and us. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

1. Who we are

The site is run by Fin Boutique LLC (“Фин Бутик” ЕООД) ("WordMakePress", "we", "us" or "our").

2. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to everyone who uses the site, whether you buy for yourself or for a business. Some parts apply only to consumers (people buying mainly for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession), and some only to business customers. We say so where it matters.

To buy or open an account, you must be old enough to make a binding contract where you live. If you aren't, a parent or guardian needs to make the purchase. If you buy for an organization, you confirm that you're authorized to accept these terms for it.

3. Accounts

You can buy with just an email address. An account is optional, but we recommend one: it keeps all your purchases in one place, and you can download your files again at any time.

If you create an account:

• give us accurate details and keep them up to date;
• keep your password private and don't share your sign-in details with anyone;
• tell us at support@wordmakepress.com straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

You can ask us to close your account at any time through our data requests page or by writing to privacy@wordmakepress.com. Your licenses continue, but you'll no longer be able to download files again from the account, so save copies first. We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax law requires (see our privacy policy).

4. Products and licenses

WordMakePress sells ready-made digital design assets, such as UI kits, icons, templates, illustrations and motion graphics, as instant downloads. Each product page describes what's included, the file formats and the software the product supports.

When you buy a product, you get a license to use it, not ownership of the files. Every purchase includes the Standard license at no extra cost. It covers one person and allows unlimited personal and commercial projects, including client work. Our license terms set out exactly what you can and can't do.

If several people in your organization need to use a product, or you want to use assets in items you sell where the asset is a significant part of the value, you'll need a Team or Extended license. Both are quoted on request at sales@wordmakepress.com.

5. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Each product has one fixed price, and you pay once per product. There are no subscriptions, credits or memberships. We may change prices from time to time, but a change never affects an order you've already paid for. Team and Extended licenses are priced by quote.

Tax. Where sales tax or VAT applies, we calculate it from your location and show it before you pay. If you're buying for a business, you can enter your VAT ID at checkout, and tax is then worked out under the rules for business purchases. Invoices are available for every order.

Payment. When online payments are enabled, card payments are processed by Stripe on a secure hosted payment page. Full card numbers and security codes are encrypted in transit and sent directly to Stripe; WordMakePress never receives or stores them. A charge normally appears on your statement as WORDMAKEPRESS. If your card isn't in US dollars, your bank may convert the amount and charge its own fees.

6. How buying works

1. Add one or more products to your cart.
2. At checkout, enter your email address and billing details.
3. Check the order summary. It shows each product, its price and the license you're getting. You can change your cart or your details at any point until you pay.
4. If you're a consumer in the EU or EEA, tick the box described in section 8.
5. Pay on our payment provider's page. It shows any sales tax or VAT, and your total, before you confirm the payment.

A contract between you and us is formed when your payment goes through and the order confirmation page appears. We also email you a confirmation and keep a record of your order, which you can see in your account if you have one. Checkout and these terms are in English.

7. Delivery and downloads

• As soon as your payment goes through, the order confirmation page shows download buttons for your products, and we email you download links.
• The download links in that email stay active for 30 days. With an account, you can download your files again at any time.
• Files come as ZIP archives containing the formats listed on the product page. You'll need software that can open ZIP files, and the software the product page lists as supported.
• Where a product receives updates, updates to a product you've bought are free.

If a download doesn't work, email support@wordmakepress.com. We reply within one business day.

Our digital delivery policy explains delivery timing, the 30-day email links, account access, technical requirements and what happens if delivery fails. We sell no physical goods, so shipping and physical returns do not apply.

8. Your right of withdrawal (EU and EEA consumers)

If you're a consumer in the European Economic Area (EEA: the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway), the law usually gives you 14 days from the day you buy to withdraw from (cancel) an online purchase without giving a reason. For digital files that we deliver straight away, it works like this:

• Before you download. Within 14 days of purchase, you can withdraw from your purchase of any product you haven't started downloading, and we'll refund you in full.
• When you start a download. At checkout, we ask you to agree that delivery can begin immediately, and to confirm you understand that your right of withdrawal ends once the download starts. It ends for each product when you start downloading it. Your order confirmation email includes a record of this consent.

How to withdraw. Use the withdrawal function on our withdrawal page: fill in your name, email and order number, select "Withdraw from contract here", then confirm. We send an acknowledgement of receipt to your email. You can also send us a clear statement that you're withdrawing, for example an email to support@wordmakepress.com with your order number, and you can use the model form below for that, but you don't have to. It's enough to send your withdrawal before the 14 days are up.

Your refund. We refund what you paid for the products you're withdrawing from without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we receive your message. The refund goes back to the payment method you used, and we don't charge you for it.

Withdrawal is separate from your rights when a product is faulty or not as described. Those rights apply whether or not you've downloaded the product. If you live outside the EEA, your local law may give you similar rights, and these terms don't take them away.

9. Refunds

Because files are delivered instantly, purchases are final once downloaded, except in four cases where we always refund:

1. you bought the same product more than once;
2. the files are faulty or materially different from the product description, and our support team can't fix the problem within 5 business days;
3. you couldn't access or download the product, and our support team can't fix the problem;
4. the product doesn't work with software listed as supported on its product page.

If you haven't downloaded a product yet, you can get a refund on request within 14 days of purchase, with no reason needed.

To ask for a refund, email support@wordmakepress.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; banks usually take 5–10 business days. After a refund, your license for that product ends and you must delete its files. Our refund policy has the details.

10. Acceptable use

When you use the site, don't:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• try to access accounts or systems you're not authorized to use, or probe the site for weaknesses without our written permission;
• disrupt or overload the site, or introduce malware;
• use bots or scrapers to copy the site's content, previews or files;
• pay with a card or account you're not authorized to use, or buy something intending to reverse the payment dishonestly;
• share your account, download links or files with people who don't have their own license;
• send abusive, threatening or unlawful content through our forms or by email;
• pretend to be someone else or give false details at checkout.

How you may use the products themselves, including the ban on using them in unlawful, defamatory or hateful content, is covered by the license terms.

Trade and sanctions compliance. You may not buy, access, transfer or use a product where that would breach an applicable sanction, export-control rule or trade restriction. We may decline or cancel an order, suspend access or ask for information when reasonably needed to comply with those rules. If we cancel a paid order before lawful delivery, we refund it to the original payment method.

11. Intellectual property

The site and its content, including its design, text, graphics, product previews and the WordMakePress name and logo, belong to us or our licensors. You may view the site to browse and buy, but not copy or reuse its content for anything else without our written permission.

Products are licensed to you, not sold. We, or our licensors, keep ownership of them, and your right to use them comes from the license terms.

If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, email support@wordmakepress.com with details of the material and the rights involved, and we'll look into it.

12. Our responsibility to you

What we promise. We describe each product as accurately as we can. Our refund policy covers products that are faulty, materially different from their description, or don't work with the software they list as supported.

Your legal rights. If you're a consumer, the law gives you rights when digital content is faulty or not as described. These terms don't limit those rights, and our refund policy comes on top of them.

What we don't promise. As far as the law allows:

• we provide the site "as is" and don't promise it will always be available or free of errors;
• beyond what the product page says and the commitments above, we don't promise that a product will suit your particular purpose;
• you're responsible for how you use products in your own work, including checking that your final design, such as a logo you plan to use as a brand, doesn't conflict with other people's rights.

Losses. We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We aren't responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable when the contract was made, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Business customers. If you buy for business purposes, we aren't liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you for all claims relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for that product.

What we never limit. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for harm we cause on purpose or through gross negligence, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit or exclude.

13. Suspending or closing accounts

You can stop using the site at any time.

We may suspend or close your account, refuse an order or block your access to the site if:

• you seriously or repeatedly break these terms or the license terms;
• we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse of a payment method; or
• the law requires us to.

Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you first and explain why.

Licenses you've bought continue after your account is closed, unless they end under the license terms, for example after a breach of those terms or a refund (including a reversed payment, or chargeback).

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the site or the law changes. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. If you have an account and we make a significant change, we'll tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. This version takes effect on 15 October 2026.

15. Governing law and disputes

Governing law and courts: the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and the competent Bulgarian courts.

If you're a consumer, this doesn't take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can also bring a claim in the courts there.

Talk to us first. If something goes wrong, email support@wordmakepress.com. Most problems can be sorted out quickly that way.

Out-of-court options. Depending on where you live, you may also be able to take a dispute to an independent out-of-court dispute resolution body, or get help from a consumer advice organization. Using these options doesn't affect your right to go to court.

16. Other legal points

• If a court decides that part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
• You can't transfer your licenses, or your rights under these terms, to anyone else.
• We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organization, for example if our business is sold, without reducing your rights.
