Buying and payment

5 questions

What do I get after I pay?

As soon as your payment goes through, download buttons appear on the order confirmation page, and we email you the same links. Each product comes as a ZIP archive with the formats listed on its product page. Your purchase includes the Standard license for one person, plus free updates if the product is updated. Email links stay active for 30 days; with an account, you can download your files again at any time.

How do I pay?

You pay by card at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider, so WordMakePress never sees or stores your full card number. Checkout asks for your email address, which is where we send your download links. You don't need an account to buy, but one keeps all your purchases in one place.

Is this a subscription?

No. There are no subscriptions, credits or memberships. Each product has one fixed price, you pay for it once, and nothing renews or gets charged later. The Standard license is part of that price, so there's nothing extra to buy before you can use the files in your work.

Is tax included in the price?

Product prices are in US dollars and don't include tax. Where sales tax or VAT applies, it's calculated from your location and shown at checkout before you pay, so you see the full total first. If you're buying for a business, you can enter your VAT ID at checkout. An invoice is available for every order.

Why do prices range from $2 to $500?

Each price follows the size and depth of the product. From $2 you'll find focused packs, such as basic button components, arrow icons or a single social post template. At the top end, up to $500, are complete design systems and large bundles. Every category has at least one product at $5 or less, so you can buy only what today's project needs.

Downloads and files

5 questions

Which file formats do you provide?

Formats vary by product. Typical examples: Figma files for UI kits, SVG and PNG for icons, PowerPoint and Keynote files for presentations, and After Effects or Lottie files for animations. Each product page lists the exact formats and the supported software before you buy, and everything listed there arrives in a single ZIP archive.

Can I download my files again later?

Yes. With an account, every purchase stays in one place, and you can download it again at any time. The links in your order email stay active for 30 days, so if you checked out without an account, save your files within that time. If a link has expired or a download fails, write to [email protected] with your order number.

Which software do I need?

Each product page lists the software the files are made for, such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Keynote or After Effects. Check that list before you buy. If a product doesn't work in software listed as supported, you can get a refund: write to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order number. See the refund policy.

Can I edit the files?

Yes, as far as each format allows. Layered and vector files, such as .fig, .ai, .psd or .aep, open in the software listed on the product page, where you can change colors, text, layout and size. Flat files such as .png, .jpg or .mp4 are ready to use as they are. The Standard license lets you modify, combine and adapt the assets in your own work.

Do I get updates?

Yes. When a product you bought is updated, the update is free and your license covers it. Not every product receives updates, so judge a product by what its page lists today. With an account, you can download the files again at any time to get the current version.

Licenses

6 questions

Can I use the assets in client work?

Yes. The Standard license included with every purchase covers client work. You can use the assets in websites, apps, presentations, marketing, social posts and print that you deliver to clients. What you can't do is pass on the original files from your download for the client to reuse elsewhere; if they need those files, they need their own license. See licenses for details.

What's the difference between Standard, Team and Extended?

Standard comes with every purchase at no extra cost. It covers one person and unlimited personal and commercial projects, including client work. Team gives several people in one organization the same rights, on one invoice. Extended is for items you sell where the asset is a significant part of the value, such as merchandise or templates. Team and Extended are quoted on request at [email protected].

Can I use the assets in products I sell?

Yes, if the asset is a minor part of what your buyers pay for, such as icons inside a paid app. If the asset is a significant part of the value, you need an Extended license. That covers merchandise and print-on-demand, products or templates sold to many end users, and large print or broadcast runs. Write to [email protected] for a quote.

Can I share the files with my colleagues?

You can show and deliver finished work to anyone, but under the Standard license the original files are for one person. If several people in your organization need to work with them, a Team license gives each person the same rights, on one invoice. Request a quote on the teams page or write to [email protected].

Can I use a logo template as my company logo?

Yes, as the basis for your logo. Logo templates and marks are non-exclusive, so other buyers can use the same template. You can't claim exclusive rights in a template or register an unmodified one as a trademark. If you plan to register a trademark, use the template only as a starting point and get advice from a trademark professional.

How long does the license last?

It doesn't expire. Your license is perpetual and worldwide for the version you bought and its updates. It's also non-exclusive and non-transferable, so you can't pass it on to someone else. A license ends if its terms are broken. It also ends if you get a refund, and then you need to delete the files.

Refunds

4 questions

Can I get a refund?

Files are delivered instantly, so purchases are final once downloaded, with some exceptions. We always refund duplicate purchases and products that don't work in software listed as supported. We also refund files that are faulty or materially different from the description, and products you couldn't download, if we can't fix the problem. Not downloaded yet? You can get a refund within 14 days, no reason needed. See the refund policy.

How do I ask for a refund?

Write to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order number, the product name and what went wrong. A screenshot helps if a file won't open. For files that are faulty or materially different from the description, we first try to fix the problem; if we can't fix it within 5 business days, we refund you.

How long does a refund take?

Once we approve a refund, the money goes back to your original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it on your statement. After a refund, the license for that product ends and you need to delete the files.

I bought the same product twice. What now?

Write to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with both order numbers, and we'll refund the duplicate. Duplicate purchases of the same product are always refunded, whether or not you've downloaded the files. The money goes back to your original payment method.

Your account

3 questions

Do I need an account to buy?

No. You can check out as a guest with your email address, and we send your download links there. An account is still worth having: it keeps every purchase in one place, and you can download your files again at any time, while the links in your order email stay active for 30 days.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Write to [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask for a password reset. We'll reply within one business day and help you set a new password. In the meantime, the download links in your order emails stay active for 30 days after purchase.

How do I delete my account or my data?

Send a request through the data requests page or write to [email protected], and we'll answer within one month. We delete your account data, but we keep order and invoice records for as long as tax law requires. The privacy policy explains what we keep and for how long.

Teams and invoices

3 questions

How do we buy for a team?

Ask for a Team license. It gives several people in one organization the same rights as the Standard license, with one invoice for the whole order. Purchase orders are accepted. Use the form on the teams page or write to [email protected] with the products you need and the number of people who'll use them.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes, an invoice is available for every order. If you're buying for a business, enter your VAT ID at checkout. If you can't find your invoice or need help with it, write to [email protected] with your order number.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes, for Team licenses. Mention in your quote request that you'll pay against a purchase order, and include the PO number when you accept the quote. Single products bought on the site are paid by card at checkout.

Still have a question?

Write to support and we'll reply within one business day. For license quotes and privacy requests, the contact page lists the right address.

Search by name, type, tag or app, for example “dashboard” or “Figma”.
