About this product
Rows carry the information: stages, customer actions, touchpoints, thoughts, an emotion curve, pain points and opportunities. The 24 layouts span five to eight stages and include B2B and B2C journeys, service blueprints with front-stage and back-stage lanes, and a compact one-row journey for slides. Persona cards and 90 touchpoint icons come with them.
UX researchers presenting interview findings and service designers running improvement workshops get a structure that is ready before the sticky notes come out. Wide maps are A3 landscape PDFs for printing and wall sessions, the 16:9 versions go into PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides decks, and the Figma file suits remote workshops.
