About this product
Film and print processes are the models for these 24 grain textures: fine 35 mm-style grain, heavier medium-format grain, risograph speckle, halftone dust and coarse photocopy grit. Each is a 4000×4000 px JPG on 50% gray, the neutral value that disappears in overlay and soft light blend modes and leaves only the grain behind.
Place a texture above a photo, gradient or flat illustration, pick a blend mode and lower the opacity until the grain feels right. Photographers, illustrators and social media designers get an analog finish without plugins, and because the frames are full size rather than tiled, no repeating pattern shows.
