About this product
Now-next-later columns, quarterly timelines, swimlanes by team or theme, a Gantt-style release plan, milestone tracks and a dependency map give the 40 slides several ways to show one plan. Prioritization slides add an impact-effort matrix and a RICE scoring table. Bars, markers and status tags are separate shapes you drag along the timeline.
Leadership usually wants dates, customers want themes and engineering wants dependencies, so a product manager can choose the right level of detail for each audience. The slow part, nudging bars into place on a blank slide, is already done.
