About this product
Candidates search from the home page, filter listings by location, salary range, contract type and sector, read a job detail page and apply through a form with resume upload. Employers have their own page and a vacancy submission form. The remaining six are sectors, consultants, candidates, about, blog and contact. Job cards, filters and forms are Figma components, mirrored in a Tailwind CSS build.
Recruitment sites have to speak to candidates and employers at once, and separate routes keep the two messages apart. With the application and vacancy forms laid out, development time for agencies, staffing firms and headhunters goes into connecting them to an applicant tracking system.
