About this product
Each position is a card with a round photo placeholder, a name, a role and an optional department color, and connector lines are separate shapes you can reroute. The 20 charts run from a five-person team tree to a 60-position company chart and include flat, divisional and matrix structures, plus a horizontal tree for wide departments.
For HR teams and founders, the work is less in drawing an org chart than in keeping it current for onboarding decks, handbooks and investor materials. Adding a hire means copying a card and drawing one line, and in the Figma file the cards use auto layout, so long names and titles do not break the spacing.
