About this product
Eight of the 20 diagrams are cross-functional swimlanes. The other twelve cover approval chains with reject-and-revise loops, request handling and handoffs between teams, all drawn with standard symbols for start and end points, tasks, decisions, documents and data. In Figma each step is an auto layout component, so a box grows as you type, and a sheet of 30 flowchart shapes is included for new diagrams.
Writing a handbook page, preparing a training deck or running a process review usually begins with a blank canvas and a lot of box drawing. Operations managers and business analysts start instead from a diagram that already has lanes and loops, and a PDF copy serves readers who only need to view the flow.
